Banana Milkshake Recipe

I am always looking for how to integrate fruit and vegetables into our diet. This nutritious, simple banana milkshake is a perfect start of the day. You will need 4 simple ingredients: bananas (great source of potassium, vitamin A & C), milk (vitamin D), non fat yogurt (Calcium + vitamin B), and Vanilla extract.

List of ingredients (serves 2 people)

2 Bananas

¾ cup Yogurt

½  Milk

½ Vanilla Extract


Put all listed ingredients into blender and process until smooth.
